WHAT TO EXPECT

In-Person Sessions

All Crystal Healing sessions are fully-clothed and involve minimal physical contact. Each session is typically performed on a treatment table.

All sessions begin with the clearing of your energetic field to break up any stubborn areas or energy blockages you may be experiencing. Techniques may include smudging with an herbal mist, using a selenite crystal, or sound such as a rattle. Clearing can be customized around each individual’s sensitivities to ensure you have a fully immersed relaxing experience.

Once the clearing is complete, a dowsing pendulum or crystal point is used to sense the energies at each chakra point to determine your individual needs.

Next, crystals are placed on and around the body for treatment and will be left in place for a certain amount of time (this amount of time will vary depending on the type and length of session booked). During this treatment time, you only need to relax and focus on deep breathing. Crystals may be added or removed and the dowsing pendulum may also be used to re-check your energy. If you are also receiving Reiki treatment, it will be performed at this time.

You may feel a sensation of warmth, tingling, buzzing, or heaviness, you may experience emotions rising to the surface, or you may feel nothing at all. Having no sensation during treatment is extremely common and does not mean it is not effective. Most people report feeling a very deep state of relaxation.

When the session is over, all but one of the crystals will be removed, and chimes will be sounded three times. Then you will be left to rest and begin to move by wiggling fingers and toes to ground yourself and prepare to go about your day. Water is provided at the end of every treatment.

Distance Sessions

Distance Crystal Healing sessions are available and are a popular way to receive treatment, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sessions are essentially conducted the same way as an in-person session but with a proxy (or stand-in) for testing chakra energies and placing stones.
