Shipping policy

Shipping Days: We ship orders out on Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday, whichever comes first after you place your order. We're on it, dude!

Packaging: We're big on sustainability, so we pack your treasures in recycled materials whenever we can. Plus, we make sure they're snug as a bug to avoid any spills, breaks, or mishaps on their journey to you.

Processing Time: Hang tight! It takes us up to 48 hours to process your order before we send it off on its way. We want to make sure everything's just right before it leaves our hands.

Live Sale Orders: If you're snagging something during one of our live sales on social media, same rules apply! We'll get your order packed and shipped with the same care and attention.

Damage Disclaimer: While we do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things happen during shipping that are out of our control. We're not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipment process. However, if you'd like extra peace of mind, insurance is available for purchase upon request.
