A little gift for you- the Mini Chakra Guide

Follow these instructions to perform a quick chakra balancing on your own to give you a little boost in case of an emergency.

Time: 5-15 minutes

Tools: you will need a set of raw or tumbled chakra stones and two selenite (for clearing) palm stones or as alternatives, you can use rose quartz (for love and compassion), amethyst (to ease anxiety or worry and calm you down), smoky quartz (to transmute negative energy) or shungite (for purification). Lastly, you will need to find a quick guided meditation that you connect with. My favorite is

Steps: I suggest writing your name on a piece of paper and making a note of encouraging words to yourself or affirmations, this just puts you in the right frame of mind.

  1. While laying down place the coordinating chakra stones starting at the root (you can put this under your bum as this might be a little more comfortable, going to sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and then crown. Then you will hold the two selenite stones in your hands as you go through the guided meditation.
  • If you are in your car and can't really lay down without your stones rolling every which way. Hold the stones in your hands (right hand for receiving and left hand for sending energy) instead or place them on your thighs.
  • After all stones have been placed, start your guided meditation, get comfortable and close your eyes. Follow the guided instructions during your meditation and you will feel calm and empowered to combat whatever challenge you're facing or give you the boost you need. 
  • After the meditation take a moment to read your note of encouragement out loud and smile, not just with your face, but with your whole being. Drink some water and put your stones back in a safe place until next time.

You should feel more relaxed, confident and empowered to conquer the day. You can do this as many times as you need to help you feel better and in alignment with your highest good.
